General

All online shipping is subjected to stock availability. We at Faheem Perfumes are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time, but at moments we are challenged by external circumstances, the product might be notified as ‘out of the stock product’. We apologize for the same, and kindly come back to check if it’s restocked! Or any time, our team if contacted can let you know any whereabouts regarding the availability.

When do we ship and deliver?

When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Monday to Saturday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.

Where do we ship and deliver?

Our online delivery services are available locally to United Arab Emirates, and internationally to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.

Do we charge for delivery?

For UAE orders only, any purchase of AED 200 and above, your delivery will cost no penny at all. It will be done free of cost and on time except in remote areas where our team might find it hard to reach (list of areas in our website headers). For any purchases worth under AED 200, the delivery charges will be as follows for UAE:

  • United Arab Emirates – 10.5 AED inclusive of VAT
  • Oman - 20 AED inclusive of VAT

For other countries delivery charges will be as follows:

  • Qatar - 130 AED inclusive of VAT
  • Oman - 5% Shipping Handling FEE inclusive of VAT
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 73.5 AED inclusive of VAT
  • Bahrain - 200 AED inclusive of VAT
  • Kuwait - 200 AED inclusive of VAT

Note: No free shipping is available for other countries except UAE & Oman if the order amount will be more than or equal to AED 200.

What are COD charges?

COD option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. COD charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable to COD orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. COD handling charges are AED 10.

How can the payment be done?

We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.

How does the return feature work?

We are happy to take back any of our products you ordered in case of any misplacing, damaged, defective or incorrect and promise a refund for any purchases done within the last one week (up to 7 days). For purchases that are already out for delivery, the return delivery charges (25 AED) will be deducted. For any damaged or defective piece, we apologize and owe to give you a full refund. The refund will be done via e-wallet within a working day. For cash-on-delivery or online payments done via the same. If the payment was done through bank credit or visa cards, we promise you a refund within 7 to 10 days.

For online prepaid, a credit charge of 2.5% percent of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason and if shipped and returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.

For COD customers, a refund will be credited to the VPerfumes eWallet. If cancelled upfront without any reason and if shipped and returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges.

Also, products bought on or during high-margin sales cannot be returned or refunded. Please be informed that the return services are restricted to the United Arab Emirates, and international shipments will not be liable for this option.

How can you cancel a purchase made?

Cancelling a purchase made on our website or application will be restricted to our UAE customers. Purchase orders placed by international customers cannot be subjected to cancellation at the moment. You can find your orders under your account on our website or application and will have an option to cancel the order. Or you can click on the link for cancellation sent to your mobile on the placement of the order. In case of any difficulty, we will be available to help you at any time.

How can you track your order?

You can easily find a link either in your e-mail or in the SMS you received during order placement. Visiting the link can give you an idea of the status of your order. Once the purchase is shipped, you’ll receive your first notification and the second will ping you when it is out for delivery.

Want to change your delivery address?

We will be pleased and happy to accept any delivery address changes if it is notified to our team before the purchase is dispatched.

Did we exceed our delivery time?

Though we have never failed to deliver on time, we would love to receive your feedback on any delays so that we can do our part of the investigation regarding the same.
