What is your return policy

The service ‘Click and Collect’ includes no extra cost apart from the initial purchase price. .
Delivery service will not be available while placing the order under the Click and Collect service.
The Click and Collect service doesn’t support Cash on Delivery, and all payments has to be done online via credit or debit cards while placing the order.
Once an order is placed, your time and place of pickup will be communicated to you and rescheduling the same later is not possible.
This is solely for the residents of United Arab Emirates.

Once the order is made online, you’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Once the order is prepared, you’ll receive a second e-mail and SMS confirmation.
You will receive a third and final email and SMS confirmation when the order is ready for collection and you may collect your package based on the date confirmed by you on the day of purchase.
If your Click and Collect order is not picked up or communicated for any inconvenience with the team within 48 hours from the third email or SMS confirmation, the order will be cancelled and this will be informed to you via the given email id. The refund of money will be done to your credit card that was used to place the order as per standard banking lead time.
If one or more of your ordered items become unavailable, you will be notified by phone and given the sole right to either make the rest of the order or void the complete order for a full refund.
For Dubai orders, will be delivered on next working day.
Any Emirates other than Dubai, will take 2-3 working days

How to collect your Order from store

Kindly refrain from visiting the collection point before receiving the final email or SMS confirmation that their order is ready to be picked up. For any special requirements, please contact our E-Commerce customer care at +971 65420550.
Keep in hand any proof of ID for reference (Emirates ID, license, passport etc.).
Once in the store, our professionals will be more than happy to help you with the further proceedings with the presentation of the email confirmation received.
If some other person is authorized by you to collect your order, you will have to forward the email or SMS confirmation to the person and we will take that as an official authorization.
